Directions: Take one serving in between meals prior to or immediately after workout. For best results take one serving before and immediately after workouts. On non-training days take 1 serving between meals.
Been using it for the past two months and I can feel the results. I have bought several types of stuff that were similar to this but I didn't feel the results like I do when taking this product. I will keep taking it and I am 50 years old and get told all the time that I don't look any like close to 50.
Problem was I would run out of gas at 8 miles of a 10 mile. Received The Amino Acids and Foundation and had a great hike.Kept pace with the much young hikers and finished the hike with energy to spare. Looking forward to the upcoming ski season.
I mix this with water after a workout. It tastes good, no funky aftertaste. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my soreness, or rather the lack thereof, the day or two after my workout. Combined with Foundation, I have minimal soreness after a hard workout. My husband and I will keep this product in our supplement routine for as long as Brickhouse has it.
After only a few days of use, I've noticed a difference. My recovery has picked up and soreness had subsided. Really great product.
The product does exactly what it is intended to do. I have felt the difference in my training while I use this, I can keep pushing harder for a longer period of time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, athlete or not!
