Within 60 days from purchase, if you are unhappy and would like a refund here’s what to do: Contact the BrickHouse team by emailing contact@brickhousenutrition.com. We will gladly provide you with a return label at no additional cost. Send us the remaining product and once we receive it we can start the refund process. Note: We must receive the canister within 60 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.

We have a 30-day window after the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) marks your item as delivered in which we can offer help. If you let us know within the window, we will be happy to trace down the package and will offer a replacement or refund if needed.
